Responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales channels in both overseas and local markets

• Authenticate and evaluate the authenticity and market value of pre-owned luxury goods

• Oversee e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, and promotional activities

• Manage and operate our Shopify online store, including daily updates and basic optimization

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients

• Assist in marketing planning and execution of promotional campaigns

• Support daily business operations and internal coordination

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience for Supervisor level OR 5 years of supervisory experience for Assistant Manager level

• Japanese proficiency is not mandatory, but will be considered an advantage (JLPT N2 or above preferred)

• Experience in the luxury or pre-owned goods industry, with solid knowledge of brand authentication

• Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations; practical knowledge of Shopify preferred

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong communication and organizational skills
