Job description
Duties:
Greet visiting clients, partners, and senior management with a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a good first impression.
Manage meeting room bookings and provide support for internal and external meetings
Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies and stationery to ensure sufficient office materials.
Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetics of the front desk and reception area to uphold the company's professional image.
Assist with basic HR or financial tasks such as employee Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) declarations, insurance declarations, and travel ticket arrangements.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
1-3 years of relevant front desk or administrative work experience is required.
Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset, approachable personality, and problem-solving skills, and is able to flexibly respond to emergencies.
