Responsibilities
General administrative duties including office administration, data input and filing etc
Assist to formulate office administration procedures and policies
Perform receptionist duties
Prepare various routine reports on administration system and HR management
Other clerical support of the other department when needed
Perform outdoor delivery duty
Carry out correspondence & ad-hoc assignments
5.5 working days (Alternative Saturday)/ 1-2days a week for part time jobs
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1 year clerical working experience
Effective in planning, organizing and communicating
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficient in computer applications and common software, including: Excel, Word, Access etc.
Hard working & willing to learn
