Responsibilities

• Extensive daily communication with staff in offshore offices/sites for maintaining IT system 

• Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems that offshore co-workers encounter via Microsoft teams, email, etc.

• Guide and provide training materials for staff operating system

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Proficient  English and Cantonese is highly preferred

• Preferably with IT related educational background

• Being passionate in learning

• Familiar with Microsoft office

• Fresh grad are welcome

• Candidate with no experiences will be considered as Trainee
