Major Responsibilities:

• Follow up on consultants projects

• Prepare Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme project  and progress reports 

• Meet with customers, understand customer requirements

• Support project team and coordinate with different government departments     to facilitate smooth and successful project delivery

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in building studies or related disciplines

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience is preferable

• Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills, 

  self-motivated, able to work independently

• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

Salary : 20K-25K / month
