Responsibilities 

• Responsible for a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in the following disciplines: LV Electrical Services, Fire Services, Architectural & Builder Work Finishes, Building Control System etc

• Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors’, review operation & maintenance practices and supporting safety & quality issues

• Analyse system & equipment performance, conduct technical investigation and recommend system performance improvement actions

• Coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management & technical documents

• Implement and maintain Asset Management System with responsible system(s) ,recommend maintenance strategies for station-based equipment

Requirements

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience; or 

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant engineering discipline with 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently with effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
