Responsibilities:

·         Establish standards and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations

·         Analyze product performance to prepare supply and demand forecast

·         Liaise with multiple suppliers on supply and demand forecast to achieve the expected product fulfilment rate

·         Based on sales forecasts and stock level, properly plan the regular procurement, promotion campaigns and animation procurement to brands

·         Follow up orders fulfilment and ensure efficient and sufficient supply to cooperate with company inventory targets and promotion campaigns

·         Properly manage the brands' phase in and phase out

·         Responsible for inventory, production, and logistics cost budget

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 6 years in supply chain management 

·         Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage

·         Strong business acumen and analytical skills

·         A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result

·         Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must

·         Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
