Client Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify and engage corporate clients through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking to present professional recruitment partnership schemes.
Consultative Selling: Deeply understand the product suite to provide tailored solutions that convert prospects into long-term paid users.
Market Expansion: Stay ahead of industry trends within the recruitment platform sector to capture new business opportunities and increase product adoption rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between clients and our internal Product and Tech teams to optimize solutions based on real-time market feedback.
Data-Driven Insights: Manage client data requirements by providing professional visualized reports and PPT presentations to demonstrate ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Proven Track Record: Experience in sales or business development is highly preferred. Candidates with a strong local HK network and independent client development capabilities will have a distinct advantage.
Communication Mastery: Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with high execution power. You should be comfortable working under sales pressure while maintaining a collaborative team-player attitude.
