Key Responsibilities
Manage daily merchandising activities, including product development and order follow-up.
Liaise with buyers and clients to deliver excellent service and address specific requirements.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager on product development, orders, and ad hoc matters.
Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams on sourcing, product development, quotations, sampling, and bulk production.
Negotiate pricing effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Communicate clearly with suppliers regarding lead times, product specifications, compliance, and quality standards.
Work with vendors and factories to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve potential issues.
Maintain accurate system data and provide regular updates to internal teams.
Travel to China and overseas manufacturing sites as required.
Requirements
Form 7 or above / Diploma holder, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of global markets.
Experience in trims and packaging is an advantage.
Able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
