Job Duties:

• • • Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational culture and identify client needs and coming up with solutions to their most complex challenges. 

    • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement culture change strategies tailored to the organization’s goals and objectives.

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for culture change initiatives.

    • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops that promote cultural awareness and support change initiatives.

    • Utilize change management best practices to guide organizations through the transition process, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.

    • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of culture change initiatives and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational culture and change management, continually refining approaches to meet client needs.

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 years as a business consultant or in a similar role focused on culture change and organizational development.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Analytical mindset with strong buisness sense and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
