Responsibilities:
Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality
Manage customer incident cases and fulfill customer audits and requirement
Handle customer complaints/ feedback and lead the Corrective & Preventive Action
Lead all assigned quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions
Align and track project deliverables, report on progress and prepare presentation for internal and customer stakeholders
Identify areas of opportunities and gaps to drive technical audit and inspection, lab testing process excellence across different categories and countries
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
6 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product or electronic toys industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level
A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer products, factory production and operation process
Familiar with the international toys safety requirements (Physical, Chemical, Electrical)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset
A self-starter who anticipates potential issues and acts to prevent them
Strong ability to work with regional and headquarter team for results
Frequent travel to China factory (Around 60%)
Occasional travel to our Penang plant for project transfer
