Responsibilities:

• • • • Lead an electronic engineering team to do electronic development for R&D and NPI projects, mainly on professional audio, IoT, different new technology, complex products;

      • As a project manager to contact with customers on all the engineering, technical and development schedule issues of projects;

      • Provide electronic design direction, solution and suggestion of new development projects;

      • Review and validate the electronic design from the team;

      • Technical problem solving with engineers in electronic development related issues;

      • Coordinate with mechanical, software team to ensure the development of project running smoothly and on time;

      • Work with other departments to ensure the whole development of project on time;

      • Contact with component, solution suppliers to get necessary supports and solutions.

Requirements:

• • • • University graduate in Electronic Engineering

      • More than 10 years in electronic design and development experience for electronic products

      • More than 5 years in management experience to lead a electronic design team and project management

      • Have professional audio, IoT, new technology, complex products development experience will be the best

      • Have basic skills on PC office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Frequently travel between HK and SZ R&D office
