• • • • • Manage full-cycle procurement of packaging materials (glass bottles, metal cans, plastic caps, pails, carton boxes, etc.) for sauce and frozen food factories.

        • Plan weekly arrival schedules and optimize truckload delivery with product mix and inventory efficiency.

        • Place purchase orders and follow up closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in alignment with production planning.

        • Procure cleaning items, QA equipment, and office supplies as needed.

        • Conduct annual price negotiations and evaluate supplier performance in quality, pricing, and service.

        • Support vendor audit scheduling in coordination with QA team.

        • Assist in new materials sourcing and gather information from vendors

        • Maintain and update database system, including Vendor & Material Master records

        • Assist in handling inbound shipping documents

        • Compile regular analysis reports, handle and update ISO and other internal documentation

        • Take up ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• • • • • • Diploma or above in Purchasing or related discipline

          • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing industry,  including merchandising, sourcing (experience of sourcing from China will be advantge) and vendor management

          • Knowledge for compliance of handling trade link and custom clearance

          • Proficient in MS Office, SAP experience will be advantage

          • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

          • Mature, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
