Job Responsibilities

  • ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, assisting clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries.
  • Facilitate sales through understanding client needs and delivering tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth boutique operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Complaint handling

 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Luxury hospitality / guest relations / Concierge / Front Officer / Club Lounge Concierge.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
