工作職責:
負責公司在港澳及華南地區生物識別裝置、安防產品及AIoT解決方案的渠道體系搭建、拓展與優化;
制定並落地經銷商分級管理、價格管控、激勵與考核機制,提升渠道健康度與忠誠度;
開發並維護優質代理商、系統集成商、工程商等渠道夥伴,快速提升市場覆蓋率;
結合公司戰略轉型(非接觸式識別、AIoT應用),推動新產品的渠道導入與推廣;
建立渠道數據監控與復盤機制,定期輸出渠道分析報告,識別高潛力夥伴並優化資源投入;
策劃並落地渠道促銷、新品推廣、旺季攻堅等動銷活動,拉動渠道銷售增長;
統籌銷售、市場、供應鏈等內部資源,優化訂單與履約流程,提升客戶滿意度與渠道穩定性。
任職要求:
本科及以上學歷,管理學、市場營銷、工商管理等相關專業優先;
5年以上渠道運營/渠道管理經驗,具備從執行到管理的完整成長路徑,具有獨立操盤全國或大區渠道業務能力;
精通渠道拓展、經銷商開發、分級管理、動銷策劃與風險管控全鏈路能力;
具備數據化運營思維,能通過數據分析驅動策略優化與業績增長;
具備優秀的商務談判、資源整合、跨部門推動、抗壓攻堅能力;
優秀的跨部門溝通與協同能力,能高效推動訂單履約與項目落地;
抗壓能力強,忠誠度高,具備中高層管理崗位的成熟度與穩定性。
Position: Channel Operations Manager
Salary: 30,000 HKD
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for building, expanding and optimizing the channel system for the company's biometric devices, security products and AIoT solutions in Hong Kong, Macau and South China.
Develop and implement dealer classification management, price control, incentive and assessment mechanisms to improve channel health and loyalty.
Develop and maintain high-quality channel partners including agents, system integrators and engineering contractors to rapidly increase market coverage.
Drive channel introduction and promotion of new products in line with the company's strategic transformation in contactless identification and AIoT applications.
Establish channel data monitoring and review mechanisms, produce regular channel analysis reports, identify high-potential partners and optimize resource allocation.
Plan and implement channel promotions, new product launches and peak-season campaigns to boost channel sales growth.
Coordinate internal resources including sales, marketing and supply chain, optimize order and fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and channel stability.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in channel operations / channel management, with a complete career path from execution to management; capable of independently overseeing channel business at national or regional level.
Proficient in the full process of channel development, dealer acquisition, classification management, sales promotionplanning and risk control.
Possess data-driven operation thinking, able to optimize strategies and drive performance growth through data analysis.
Excellent business negotiation, resource integration, cross-departmental promotion and pressure-resistant execution capabilities.
Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently drive order fulfillment and project implementation.
High resilience to pressure, strong loyalty, with the maturity and stability required for middle and senior management positions.
