Responsibilities

• Capable of handling full set of L/C, import, export, shipping and customs declaration documents including the use of logistics e-booking systems

• Able to work independently, communicate and coordinate with co-workers, customers and vendors

• Supervising material shipments from China to overseas manufacturing facilities

• Manage the operations in full compliance of company policies and regulations of clients

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3+ years of related working experience

• Good computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat

• Good command in English and Mandarin

• Well organized, detail minded and efficient

• Experience gained from manufacturing group is preferred
