Job Description:
Marketing Activation & Local Execution
Support the local rollout and execution of centrally created marketing strategies, campaigns, and assets.
Execute brand marketing activities across online, offline, and experiential channels, including website, webshop, social media, retail, and events.
Adapt global campaigns to ensure local relevance, while maintaining brand consistency.
Support internal presentations and rollouts of campaigns, novelties, promotions, and price lists to local stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Activation
Support management of local social media channels, website content, and email campaigns.
Assist with webshop and e-commerce activations, including coordination of digital assets for trade partners.
Work with media agencies on local media planning and execution.
Track and report on digital performance metrics to support optimization.
Public Relations & Influencer Support
Support local PR activities, including drafting press releases, media materials, and corporate announcements.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and industry partners.
Coordinate logistics and execution of press events, product launches, and media activations.
Support reputation and issue management in alignment with cluster and headquarters teams.
Local Brand Activations, Sponsorships & Partnerships
Support the execution of local brand activations, sponsorships, and partnerships in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure local initiatives reflect the premium brand positioning.
Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify activation opportunities.
CRM & Customer Engagement Support
Support the execution of CRM campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Assist in implementing localized customer journeys, loyalty initiatives, and personalized communications.
Use customer insights and data to support improvements in local customer experience.
Localization, Translation & Adaptation
Support translation, proofreading, and local adaptation of brochures, POS materials, user manuals, website content, and campaign assets.
Ensure materials are accurate, culturally appropriate, and brand-compliant.
Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Assist in developing local creative assets that follow global guidelines and reflect the brand’s premium image.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform brand positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration & SPOC Role
Act as local Marketing SPOC for Sales, Product, Customer Service, Retail, and other departments.
Ensure timely information flow to retail partners and internal teams regarding campaigns and activations.
Collaborate closely with regional / cluster marketing teams and headquarters to align execution with global priorities.
Job Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, digital marketing, or communications
Candidates with experience in luxury retail or premium consumer brands are highly preferred
Strong planning, execution, presentation, and project‑management capabilities
Solid understanding of brand management, digital marketing, CRM, PR, and influencer/KOL engagement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report performance metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and act as the Marketing SPOC
Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to adapt global assets to fit local needs while maintaining brand consistency
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, and basic data handling
Passionate, proactive, energetic, and hands‑on, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
