Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Plan, track, and manage project progress to ensure timely completion.

                                    • Ensure all construction works comply with contract terms and legal requirements.

                                    • Oversee financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of ongoing projects.

                                    • Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

                                    • Collect and analyze data on work progress and performance to improve efficiency.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Degree or above in Interior Design, Building Studies, Architecture, or related field

                                  • At least 15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects

                                  • Strong technical skills and hands-on site experience

                                  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with clients and subcontractors

                                  • Familiar with interior fit-out works, A&A works, and contract documents

                                  • Strong leadership and able to manage teams under pressure

                                  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project

                                  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

                                  • Immediate availability is an advantage
