Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Manage budgeting, reporting, and plant selection (species, varieties) tailored to retail/commercial environments for optimal aesthetics and sustainability

                                      • Collaborate with project teams and designers on new site developments, contributing to innovative, high-end landscape concepts

                                      • Review technical drawings, oversee contractor handover, and ensure seamless project transitions from construction to operations

                                      • Supervise ongoing maintenance programs post-completion, monitoring plant health, performance, and compliance

                                      • Coordinate cross-functionally with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver trendsetting green spaces

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • At least 10+ years of experience in horticulture/landscape management

                                    • Proven expertise in plant sourcing, design integration, budgeting, technical drawing review, and maintenance oversight

                                    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

                                    • Prior project experience in Mainland China is preferred
