Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Manage and oversee the commercial aspects of projects (from pre-contract through to final accounts).
                                        • Prepare, review and maintain cost plans, valuations, and forecasts.
                                        • Undertake measurement/take-offs and support estimation activities where required.
                                        • Review subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring scope alignment and value for money.
                                        • Administer variations/change control, including pricing, entitlement support, and negotiation support.
                                        • Support progress valuations and commercial reporting to stakeholders.
                                        • Identify commercial risks and opportunities; assist with mitigation strategies.
                                        • Liaise with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
                                        • Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and in line with client standards and contract terms.
                                        • Support settlement of final accounts, including audit trails and agreement of records.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (and Senior QS where applicable), with delivery experience on:
                                        • Banks
                                        • Retail
                                        • Data centres
                                      • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial administration.
                                      • Experience with MEP / fit-out commercial environments (as applicable to your portfolio).
                                      • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
                                      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues with stakeholders.
                                      • Relevant qualification preferred (e.g., RICS / HKIS ), or equivalent practical experience.
