Full Time

Responsibilities:

                                            • Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and proactive monitoring to ensure system stability
                                            • Manage change requests and system enhancements by analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, testing, and implementing changes
                                            • Lead and support SuccessFactors projects and enhancements from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support
                                            • Collaborate with HR teams, stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective support and system improvements
                                            • Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user training across SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
                                            • Analyze HR processes for optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with best practices, data privacy, and IT governance
Requirements
                                        •  

                                          • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR or a related discipline
                                          • Minimum of 5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in application support, enhancement delivery, and change request management
                                          • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Succession & Development)
                                          • Good experience in vendor management
                                          • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
                                          • Good command of Chinese and English language skill
