5–8+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead/supervisory role within fashion retail (luxury, premium, or contemporary brands strongly preferred).
Proven regional or multi-market exposure (international travel willingness essential).
Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams, training store staff, and driving cross-market alignment.
Exceptional creative vision combined with a sharp commercial acumen — track record of using visuals to drive measurable sales uplift and brand equity.
Deep knowledge of retail psychology, customer journey mapping, space planning, lighting, color theory, and current fashion/VM trends.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills (English fluent; Cantonese/Mandarin a strong advantage for regional coordination).
Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Design, Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience.
