Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional visual merchandising strategies, including seasonal campaigns, window concepts, in-store layouts, and product storytelling tailored to key markets while upholding global brand standards.
  • Oversee VM implementation across a portfolio of stores (flagship, key doors, and multi-channel environments) in Hong Kong and regional markets, with regular site visits and travel.
  • Adapt international VM directives to local consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market trends to maximize relevance, traffic, dwell time, and sales conversion.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, footfall metrics, and visual performance KPIs to evaluate effectiveness, recommend optimizations, and report regional insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with buying, marketing, operations, and regional teams to align VM with product launches, promotions, events, and new store openings/renovations.
  • Manage regional VM budgets, prop/fixture sourcing, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality executions.
  • Maintain brand consistency through audits, photo documentation, and guideline updates; champion innovative ideas that elevate the regional portfolio while protecting brand integrity.
Requirements
                                        •  

                                          • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead/supervisory role within fashion retail (luxury, premium, or contemporary brands strongly preferred).

                                          • Proven regional or multi-market exposure (international travel willingness essential).

                                          • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams, training store staff, and driving cross-market alignment.

                                          • Exceptional creative vision combined with a sharp commercial acumen — track record of using visuals to drive measurable sales uplift and brand equity.

                                          • Deep knowledge of retail psychology, customer journey mapping, space planning, lighting, color theory, and current fashion/VM trends.

                                          • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills (English fluent; Cantonese/Mandarin a strong advantage for regional coordination).

                                          • Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Design, Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience.
