Responsibilities:

• Monitor the general site operation

• Ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time

• Supervise and manage the site entrance and logistic, storage of construction materials and equipment; and the associated protective measures

• 監督管理工地出入口與物流、建材設備儲存及相關防護措施

                                        • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Main Contractor 

                                        • Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent 

                                        • Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor

                                        • Experience of ASD/Housing projects/ELS works is an advantage

                                        • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Foreman

                                        • 具備總承包商相關經驗至少5-6年

                                        • 持TCP T1或同等認證

                                        • 持有安全主任證書

                                        • 具備ASD（建築署）/房屋項目/地基工程 經驗者更佳

                                        • 經驗較淺者將獲考慮擔任管工職位
