Responsibilities:

• • Developing comprehensive engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for RC structures.

  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, construction standards, and safety regulations.

  • Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination and successful project execution.

  • Reviewing and approving subcontractors' proposed designs, methodologies, and materials

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.

  • Participating in meetings with clients and project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions

                                        • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Building Engineering or a related field. 

                                        • Minimum 4 years of experience in civil/structural engineering

                                        • Experience of Public Housing Projects / ELS Works is a plus.

                                        • Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards

                                        • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE.

                                        • Chartership is preferred.
