Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platforms.

                  • Collaborate on building a design system to ensure a seamless workflow for internal teams.

                  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to improve designs.

                  • Partner with teams on research, mapping, experience design, and project planning.

                  • Work with product owners to understand design requirements, user journeys, and interactions.

                  • Propose solutions and create assets such as storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to illustrate customer and agent experiences.

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

                          • Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience.

                          • Proven ability to gather user requirements, develop design proposals, and deliver impactful solutions.

                          • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

                          • User-centric mindset with experience in design research.

                          • Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive/adaptive design techniques.

                          • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.

                          • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a UI/UX Designer role.
