Key Responsibilities

                      • Respond to client-side inquiries via instant messaging tools in a timely and professional manner.

                      • Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of cloud-based systems and infrastructure

                      • Handle incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues

                      • Perform routine operational tasks including system patching, backup, monitoring alerts, and health checks

                      • Provide on-shift support on a 5-day work week with shift rotation to ensure continuous system operation

Requirements

                              • 1+ years of relevant experience in IT Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or Cloud Support (Fresh Graduates with relevant internship / project experience are also welcome)

                              • Proficiency in mainstream ticketing and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is highly preferred, along with others like ClickUp or ServiceNow.

                              • Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus

                              • Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation is an advantage

                              • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

                              • Willingness to work on shifts, including night shifts and weekends on rotation

                              • Immediate availability is preferred

 



 

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week

  • Shift: MON-SUN

  • 9:00-18:00 / 17:00-02:00 / 1:00-10:00

  • Work-from-home policy for non-standard hours (outside 9:00-18:00)
