Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Direction: Develop the "big idea" for integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals, setting annual marketing calendars, KPIs, and managing budgets.
End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the lifecycle of creative production from initial brief to final delivery.
Brand Stewardship: Act as the gatekeeper for the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships between Product (to understand technical specs), Sales (to enable revenue), and Creative (to produce assets).
Performance Analysis: Tracking KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and conversion rates using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics 4.
Innovation: Manage process of product conceptualization to execution with cross-functional teams.
Channel Knowledge: Deep understanding of Social Media Algorithms, and Lifecycle Marketing.
Communication: You must "sell" your ideas to stakeholders and explain complex data to non-marketers.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in leading B2B product marketing, with a deep understanding of core enterprise technologies.
A strong team leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other professional degree a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to detail.
Superb communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability in building high impact marketing narrative, content and programs.
A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to navigate ambiguity and possesses a positive “can-do” attitude.
Phenomenal collaboration and inter-personal skills that encourage partnership and influences others to work together to move things forward.
