Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and equipment, to ensure a productive work environment
Manage company vehicle-related matters, including scheduling maintenance, renewal of insurance, and licensing in compliance and timely updates
Collaborate with the HR team to provide all-rounded HR support, including but not limited to attendance tracking, leave administration, recruitment process, training record, and employee relations
Coordinate and support office events (annual dinner and function activities)
Support Staff Welfare initiatives (e.g., ESG-related activities and reports )
Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners
Provide direct administrative support to Top Management as assigned
Provide backup support for reception duties when required
Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in a sizeable company
Familiar with Hong Kong Labor Ordinances and HR practices
Work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-minded, can-do attitude, and multi-tasking
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
