Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment

• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders to align logistics activities with business objectives

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, driving service improvement initiatives when needed

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and ISO standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse management protocols to optimize layout, workflow, and cold chain processes

• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management, providing insights on warehouse efficiency, quality standards, and areas for improvement

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across warehouse activities to ensure consistent service quality and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistical processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset

• Sound understanding of logistics operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders

• Experience with logistics systems or cold chain operations sector is an advantage
