Responsibilities

• Handle U.S., EU, and worldwide import and export shipping operations

• Manage full sets of import/export shipping documents, including L/C and banking documents

• Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain quotations and conduct freight cost comparisons

• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery arrangements with suppliers, factories, and forwarders

• Report shipping performance, cost analysis, and operational issues to the management team

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records in the ERP system and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with retailer shipping requirements for major international markets

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues in a timely and effective manner

• Lead and supervise a shipping/logistics team (team leadership experience is an advantage)

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in trading, shipping, or logistics (toys industry experience is a strong advantage)

• Solid knowledge of U.S., European, and other major international market retailer shipping requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and retailer shipment platforms

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines

• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Chinese word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
