Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns for product launches and seasonal collections
Plan, produce and execute creation for social platforms (including but not limited to meta platforms) and retail pop ups
Act as an in-house content editor: shoot lifestyle/product photos and short videos/reels that reflect the brand's aesthetic and campaign needs
Edit photos and videos for social use using industry-standard tools (cropping, colour correction, simple transitions, subtitles, music syncing, basic retouching, text/logo overlays)
Write clear, engaging English copy for IG posts, stories and basic campaign messages in line with the brand voice
Produce marketing materials and collaterals — from printed and digital assets to media ads — ensuring brand consistency across campaigns and events
Help plan and execute consumer-facing events and retail pop-ups, working closely with the Buying and Retail teams to align marketing objectives with on-site experiences
Support the development of monthly social content calendars, including concepting ideas, mood boarding references and preparing posting assets
Organise and maintain the digital asset library (photos, videos, artwork files) for easy retrieval by the team
Assist with ad-hoc creative needs for marketing campaigns, lookbooks, newsletters or e-commerce as required
Collaborate with photographers, KOLs/influencers and manage basic briefing/shoot coordination
Prepare and organize product materials for e-shop upload, ensuring all product details, visuals, and pricing are accurate and consistent before publication
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, social media content creation, digital marketing or a similar role (fashion/lifestyle/creative industries preferred)
Strong portfolio showing lifestyle photography, Reels/short-form video and social media content (please include IG handle or portfolio link in your application)
Hands-on experience shooting content with smartphone and/or camera, with a good eye for composition, styling and lighting
Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g. Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or similar) for social media formats
Excellent English writing skills for concise, engaging IG captions; Chinese a plus but not mandatory
Creative, organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Instagram best practices and trends (Reels formats, music trends, hooks, thumbnails, etc.)
Genuine passion for fashion and visual storytelling; previous experience with fashion brands, stylists or content creators is a strong advantage
Able to work under pressure
