Senior Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Manager (Retail / F&B)

Job Responsibilities
• Drive market expansion in Hong Kong by identifying and developing new sites with strong business potential, following the company’s site development procedures and standards to achieve annual targets.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth and timely new store openings.
• Continuously monitor new site opportunities within assigned districts and maintain strong communication with landlords.
• Strictly follow development standards and compliance requirements, negotiate and execute lease agreements, and ensure all contracts are legally compliant.

Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market with independent insights into urban commercial districts.
• Established network of property resources in Hong Kong.
• Minimum 3 years of site acquisition / expansion experience in F&B or retail, with solid knowledge of the full site selection process.
