Coordinate and manage customer equipment procurement, while complying with ISO requirements and company policies.
Assist in the qualification assessment of new suppliers, as well as in managing supplier registration, evaluation, and annual review processes. Manage and monitor suppliers’ performance regularly.
Assist in verifying supplier accounts payable invoices, ensuring the matching of purchase orders with invoices for payment settlement.
Monitor and manage Hardware/Software warranty administration.
Conduct inventory forecasting and control for Hong Kong warehouses, data centers, and outsourcing partners, ensuring timely replenishment and delivery of inventory to maintain sufficient stock for backup and service activation.
Follow up on equipment allocation, organizing timely delivery of equipment for customer orders.
Manage warehouse operations and conduct regular stock takes.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, service logistics, sales support, or inventory management.
Experience in Telecom, IT services, or commercial hardware/software procurement is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese), able to work independently to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Chinese typing; experience with ERP/procurement systems an advantage.
Negotiation skills and attention to detail for cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Procurement Officer.
