The Challenge We Pose to You:
- Provide day-to-day front-line support or troubleshooting users in a variety of working environments.
- Assist in system administration support on Windows, LAN & WAN networking
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and internal ITS applications
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records
- Assist in procedural documentation and relevant reports, etc.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
What You Bring to Us:
- Degree in IT related disciplines
- Experience in supporting and managing Windows/Linux server environments
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Good communication & troubleshooting skills, and able to communicate with different levels of end users
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Mature and responsible
- Minimum 1 year or more relevant working experience is required
- Immediate available would be an advantage
