Collaborate with management and work independently throughout the research, development, and implementation cycle of SD-WAN and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.

Design and deploy innovative networking solutions using emerging technologies to meet product specifications and operational requirements.

Establish, operate, and manage diverse network and system components, including TrueCONNECT, Global Ethernet, HK ISP, and China ISP.

Assess and optimize network performance to ensure consistently high service levels.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to cross-functional teams.

Offer escalation support and collaborate with the operations team to address daily tasks and incidents.

Perform emergency response duties and manage ad hoc projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in network architecture, with expertise in SD-WAN, ZTNA, cloud infrastructure, data center operations, technical support, and telecommunications. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Engineer

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, virtualization, cloud operations, data storage, backup solutions, and internet services (e.g., Web, DNS, Email).

Advanced proficiency with routers (including Cisco), LAN switches, VPN gateways, and Unix/Linux systems.

Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices related to SD-WAN and ZTNA.

Professional certifications such as RHCE, LPI, JNCIA, CCNA, or CCNP are highly preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Fluency in Chinese and English
