Installation, testing, launching, and supporting of teleco service platform developed in-house
Responsible for system monitoring, platform enhancement and capacity planning
Tier 3 support for engineering and operation team
Introducing new tools, AI agents to improve efficiency of system test, deployment and maintenance
Patent, software copy, innovative project initiatives and application
Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in telecommunication/information technology industry
Professional certifications related to Cloud, AI techniques are highly valued
Additional certifications in telecommunication technologies (5G Core, VoNR, PCF, Charging Systems) are a strong advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft server applications, MSSQL, Linux, Virtualization Machine, Cloud native environment(Docker, K8s, CI/CD etc.)
Strong understanding of AI tools/platforms/techniques, e.g. n8n, Dify, Langchain ,Claude Code, MCP, Skills, etc., experience of applying AI Agent in system O&M is preferred
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
