Senior Analyst Programmer / Analyst Programmer (Mobile Service Development)

Responsibilities: 

    • Analyze user requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications

    • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across web and backend service platforms

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product test, deployment and ensure smooth transition to production environments

    • Support DevOps activities for new products; act as a pilot role during the soft/initial launch stage to validate workflows, tools, and rollout

    • Refactor and optimize existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability

    • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow charts, and interface specifications

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related disciplines

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in experiences in related technical areas

    • Experience in mobile telecommunication, network protocols is a plus

    • Strong knowledge of charging systems for 5G and 4G networks is highly preferred

    • Hands-on experience in any of the following is a plus: Kubernetes (K8s), Redis, Python, ELK, Grafana, Agile, DevOps

    • Solid level in programming and code analysis of the following: C# / GoLang / Java / C++, API, Docker , Microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases would be an advantage 

    • Good communication and problem-solving skills

    • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
