Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the company’s core BSS/OSS (Business/Operations Support Systems) application and platform software

• Drive technical solutions from requirements analysis to production launch, ensuring core attributes such as high performance, scalability, high availability, and maintainability

• Deeply participate in AI-related projects by integrating cutting-edge technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents/Skills, and Multimodality into existing support systems

• Drive the engineering implementation and large-scale application of AI capabilities within telecommunications business scenarios

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, business units, IT, and engineering teams to oversee technical feasibility from conception to delivery

• Ensure the full software lifecycle complies with industry data security and regulatory standards

• Participate in research projects, technology award applications, and the filing of Intellectual Property (IP) and patents to drive technological innovation
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or related disciplines 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development and architecture, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role for large-scale systems

• Expert-level mastery of Microservices, Cloud-Native (K8s/Docker), and designing for high availability and scalability

• Deep technical expertise in Java or Python, with a proven track record of implementing complex distributed solutions, including Spring Cloud, Message Queues, caching strategies, and database optimization

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain, Dify, or n8n

• Strong advocate for modern DevOps and governance, including GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing, ensuring all code meets rigorous security, compliance, and quality standards

• Practical experience in deploying AI technology within Enterprise-level business scenarios

• Strong command of both English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Application Developer
