Responsibilities
- Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates;
- Handling enquiries and phone calls;
- Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email;
- Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures etc.;
- Prepare reservation sales reports and other reports as requested (e.g. to travel agents, business houses, call centre etc).
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- 3 year's relevant experience;
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese ;
- Proficient in PC application;
- Good communication skill;
- Shift duty is required;
