工作職責：

• 日常倉務運作，包括處理庫存交易及確保出入庫存記錄準確；

• 庫存管理，包括文件處理及體力勞動工作；

• 確保倉務系統的數據和資料準確；

• 負責制服和文具的品質檢查，及有關文書工作;

• 前枱工作，負責派發制服及裝備給前線同事；

• 遵守公司政策和程序；及

• 接受上司委派的工作。

• 中五程度或以上；

• 歡迎應屆畢業生；

• 有倉務經驗者優先考慮；

• 熟悉Microsoft Office, Excel和Word；

• 有SAP經驗者優先考慮；

• 良好中英文水平；

• 良好的團隊精神、負責任、能在受壓的情況下工作並樂於學習；及

• 良好的溝通技巧、人際關係。

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily warehouse operation including handling of stock transaction and maintaining accuracy of in/out movement record;

• Stock management, including document processing and physical work;

• Ensure data and information of the operational systems and databases are accurate;

• Quality inspection of uniform and accoutrement items, stationery items and report preparation;

• Front desk operation of distribute uniform and accoutrement items to frontline staffs;

• Comply with the company policies and procedures; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 education level or above;

• Fresh graduate are welcome;

• Knowledge of warehouse operation is highly preferable;

• Experience in SAP system is highly preferable;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word;

• Good command of Chinese and English;

• Good team spirit, responsible, ability to work under pressure and willing to learn; and

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
