Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business goals and develop tailored Ecommerce solutions and digital marketing strategies.
Build and maintain client relationships by providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and performance reports.
Assist in development and execution of digital/Ecommerce campaigns aligned with client goals.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve client satisfaction.
Analyze customer behavior and sales data to refine promotional tactics
Conduct market research on e-commerce trends, Korean beauty brands and competitors' analysis
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
1-3 years of experience in account servicing or business development within digital or Ecommerce industry.
Strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and a highly cooperative nature.
Fluent in both English and Korean
Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, able to work individually and as a team
