Responsibilities:
- Perform first-tier IT technical and help desk support
- Provide immediate technical support on desktop, network, system, software and hardware
- Set up computers and install software for various applications and programs
- Onsite car park system setup and support is required
- Website and Digital Display System content updates
- Act as the primary administrative contact for IT vendors and service providers, managing contract renewals, license maintenance and renewal
- Support the IT procurement process, including gathering vendors quotations, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries for new IT equipment or software subscriptions
- Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support with basic IT or technical duties
- Proficiency in supporting computers, mobile, CCTV and network devices
- Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills, sense of analytical and responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
