• • • • • Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products

        • Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement actions

        • Perform routine sampling, recording, and inspection

        • Participate in quality inspections, audits, and other quality-related projects

Requirements:

• • • • • University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline

        • 1-2 year working experience preferably gained in the laboratory of food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)

        • Detail-minded with good analytical skills

        • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problems and work under pressure

        • Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications

        • Immediate available is highly preferred
