          2)     Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures.

          3)     Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

          4)     Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production targets.

          5)     Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available when needed.

          6)     Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as required.

          7)     Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

          8)     Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.

          9)     Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.

          10)  Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

          11)  Other tasks which assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• • • • • • 1)     Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

            2)     Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

            3)     Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

            4)     Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

            5)     Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools.

            6)     Excellent leadership and team management skills.

            7)     Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

            8)     Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

            9)     Knowledge & Experience of PLC or TPM will be highly preferred.

            10)  Knowledge of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration System will be plus
