Job Duties 主要職責:

• • • • • Direct report to Director of Sales & Business Development

        • To develop and implement marketing and communications strategy to maximize the restaurants’ visibility/publicity and sales performance.

        • Oversee and manage all internal and external communications, ensuring the consistency, accuracy and reader-engaging.

        • Monitor all marketing platforms, both online and offline, to ensure consistency in messages and tones.

        • Carry out marketing campaigns on all communications channels including website, emails and all prevalent social medias and digital platforms.

        • Plan and monitor the consumption of the marketing related budgets / expenses and its effectiveness in terms of KPIs achievement.

        • Carry out marketing research and data analysis as well as reporting and presentation.

        • Oversee the development of the marketing materials and in compliance to the group image and brand standard / corporate identity.

        • Maintain relationship and presentable communications with key partners and stakeholders including key media partners, marketing agencies, e-platforms’ users and any third parties of marketing related matters.

        • Drive for results – has good balance of process and outcome focus.

Job Requirements 工作要求:

• • • • Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines

      • Experience in customer service, loyalty marketing or marketing communications

      • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred, spoken and written

      • Highly motivated, detail-minded and result driven with multi-tasking skills

      • Excellent coordination, communication, project management and interpersonal skills

      • Microsoft Office, CRM System, CMS and analysis tools experience or similar required

      • Prior experience working with CRM & loyalty programs is an advantage

      • Possess proven marketing campaign experience

      • Reasonable length of experience with digital marketing operations and management

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive or Assistant Manager

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (near MTR station)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
