We are looking for an experienced Temporary HR Administrator to support our People & Culture team. This role focuses on HR operations administration, employee file management, event support, and onboarding and offboarding coordination.


About Your Role:

    • Coordinate new hire onboarding arrangements, including document preparation and follow up

    • Handle filing, scanning, document archiving, and personnel file management

    • Update and maintain HR forms, guidelines, and policy documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards

    • Provide administrative and logistics support for internal events such as townhall meetings, staff activities, and long service awards

    • Collect certificates related to training or learning activities and ensure all details are accurately recorded and maintained in the learning database

    • Support basic SharePoint updates, including document uploads and simple maintenance

 

Does it sound like you?

    • Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration

    • Solid experience in HR administration with the ability to work independently

    • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Good command of both English and Chinese is preferred
