We are looking for an experienced Temporary HR Administrator to support our People & Culture team. This role focuses on HR operations administration, employee file management, event support, and onboarding and offboarding coordination.
About Your Role:
Coordinate new hire onboarding arrangements, including document preparation and follow up
Handle filing, scanning, document archiving, and personnel file management
Update and maintain HR forms, guidelines, and policy documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
Provide administrative and logistics support for internal events such as townhall meetings, staff activities, and long service awards
Collect certificates related to training or learning activities and ensure all details are accurately recorded and maintained in the learning database
Support basic SharePoint updates, including document uploads and simple maintenance
Does it sound like you?
Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
Solid experience in HR administration with the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good command of both English and Chinese is preferred
