About Your Role:

        • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and orientation arrangements

        • Support monthly payroll processing, final payments, benefits administration, MPF, and taxation-related matters

        • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding

        • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and staff caring events

 

Does it sound like you?

 

          • University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

          • 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, covering recruitment and compensation & benefits

          • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors

          • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

          • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

          • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
