About Your Role:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and orientation arrangements
Support monthly payroll processing, final payments, benefits administration, MPF, and taxation-related matters
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and staff caring events
Does it sound like you?
University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, covering recruitment and compensation & benefits
Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
