About Your Role:
Review, draft and prepare commercial agreements.
Manage and maintain our standard contract templates, and oversee contract administration, escalation, approval, and signing processes to ensure compliance with contract approval policy.
Provide support in resolving contract disputes and contract negotiation.
Assist in developing policies and procedures that adhere to Ricoh Group’s policies, internal guidelines, relevant law and regulations.
Support the enterprise risk management process and related documentation.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Does it sound like you?
Diploma in Legal Studies or above, or a university degree in other disciplines but with relevant experience
2 to 3 years of relevant contract review and drafting experience
Strong business acumen, good communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed-minded, well-organized, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
