Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff across the organization.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in technical support
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and troubleshooting.
