Conduct and manage the strategic sourcing projects by conducting end to end RFI/RFQ/RFP as according to Customer internal governance requirements for Professional Service, Information Technology, or General Administrative category for global offices covering Asia, Americas and Europe
To comply with Customer Procurement Policies and other related policies, and execute Customer sourcing strategy
Cooperate with different stakeholders across the globe in order to drive the sourcing strategy and saving
Work with Center of Excellence team closely to ensure the supplier risk are fully identified before awarding the deal
Liaise with legal counsel to ensure the contract approved within a reasonable timeline
F.5 or above
At least 3-4 years' experience in procurement
Proven experience in procurement process like the vendor on-boarding, contracts fulfilment, purchase order placement, procuring data analysis etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate well with users and coordinate conflicts or disagreements with customers
